Repairing Hair Mask | Chébé Complex + Shea Butter

This repairing hair mask by Cheribe was very moisturizing for my curly hair. I’m guilty of always blow drying and flat ironing my curly hair so my hair really needed some repairing and nourishment. I usually do a weekly hair mask which is a must. I have tried various brands and this brand stood out me in a good way. Some things I liked about it were its scent, its texture and its multiple benefits. It has a clean very lightweight scent in my opinion. Its texture is creamy but not as heavy as other masks I’ve tried that usually have a sort of greasy feel to them. And the benefits such as repairing bonds, reconstructing and protecting hair growth. After my first use I definitely noticed in difference in my hair it looked and felt healthier and nourished. Since I lighten my naturally curly hair quite often, I’m always on the hunt for new hair masques to help repair damage that don’t weigh down my curls. I’m Thank for to Chéribé for providing me with their Chéribé Repairing Hair Mask in exchange for my honest review.First off, I enjoy the light floral scent, and that it’s not overwhelming. It leaves a pleasant subtle scent in your hair.I was surprised that the mask texture is much thinner than other masks I’ve used in the past, but this is still a product where a little goes a long way.  My hair and scalp both feel much more hydrated and softer each time I wash it out. The shea butter formula is fantastic, and since it isn’t heavy I my hair has a lot of volume and definition I usually don’t get without the addition of other products. While I haven’t used it long enough yet to see a difference I’m excited to continue use and see if the radish root growth-promoting postbiotics make a difference in growth speed.

I have used the Cheribe Repairing Hair Mask with Chebe Complex + Shea Butter for Dry Damaged Hair three times in the past week and I am in love! I have probably 3B curls that I blow dry and flat iron. My hair is usually coarse and dry. On top of that, I just bleached and colored my hair so it is extra dry right now. This mask that supports healthier hair and scalp made my hair feel amazing after the first use. It is so much softer and more manageable. To use this product you are supposed to section your hair into four parts, but since my hair is shaved on one side I sectioned into two parts. I then applied the hair mask generously starting at my ends and working up to my roots. The mask is creamy and lightweight and absorbed quickly. It has a light, pleasant scent of green, fruit, and florals that smells great without being overwhelming. It is recommended to wait five to fifteen minutes, so I left it on for ten minutes. The mask rinsed out easily and did not leave any residue. This mask is made for all textured hair types and is made with clinically proven, clean, salon-quality ingredients. I like that it is vegan, dermatologist-tested, hypo-allergenic, and cruelty-free and it does not contain sulfates, so it won’t fade my color. I would definitely recommend this mask and will purchase it in the future.

This product instantly made my hair happy! Having curly hair means moisture is essential for definition and this is definitely a must! My curls immediately started to revert as if I used a styling product to diffuse. I’m sold! There’s so many benefits from the ingredients in this hair mask I’d encourage every hair type to try it. I think I’m very particular about the way hair products smell so I would’ve liked this to smell better but it doesn’t smell bad either. I just love a “your hair smells good” compliment lol. It has a light sweet scent that stays on your hair after rinsing out. The cream has a thick and smooth consistency and is easy to distribute throughout wet hair. It feels very rich and nourishing and has a unique formula including radish root and chébé seeds. I followed the instructions on the bottle and sectioned my hair into four parts before putting the cream on to sit for 10 minutes while I did the rest of my shower routine. This is my first experience with a bonding treatment and I can definitely say that it left my strands feeling stronger and also softer and more manageable than before. I’d highly recommend!
